I have strong feelings that 2024 production will get pushed out, but ATM that is their present timeframe, pending further assessment of the 20mtpa BFS.
Regarding CR, they have an drawdown facility with LDA capital for 200m which should provide them the funds up until requiring capital for construction. They have yet to draw down any extra funds, which some have speculated as to why not yet.
