Seems to me they either found out the new issue during the short-loop process and decided to march on to see if anything else appears while they worked on the resolution at Stanford. 4DS is most likely negotiating a deal with imec to extend for another year.





anyway, Management need to come back ASAP with a plan forward.

calling another 6 to 18 months for anything material that could be positive.
share price will be lingering at these levels for a while.
