There are three takeaways for me in this latest news
1. It appears highly probable that the ASX wouldn't allow 4DS to pull the same extended suspension donk they did last time 2. KH was literally only brought in to sell the tech (and I don't believe JDs reason for stepping aside, its obvious he wanted distance) 3. Even they still don't know the extent of the problem (a "short 3 month delay" was in fact 12 months, so a long term delay means years/dead)
