RRL has a very active forum here so a lot of good comments have been lost over time. Surely they should have warned us about this before the quarter results.
The management is dishonest and there were clues about it since they took over a few years ago. I will certainly vote for their compensation during the next AGM..
I am suspecting they are trying to get the company down to a low price so that they sell it to their buddies and make it private. Plenty of good assets for the buddies, including MCPh..
May I suggest that we all vote down these guys during the next AGM?
