Ting is onboard - someone with technical expertise at last ( he's taking a massive risk...as those before him have)
Damage to the PCMO crystalline structure has occurred ....reason ....not sure. we believe it to be the etch optimization ??? ....TEM results please....exactly as the data has been recorded.....seems inconclusive based on these statements
assume the etch is causation to the PCMO damage but clearly not definitive in the staement..???
reading between the lines this is a repeat the error release to further discover PCMO degradation causation....hence Ting being elevated Clearly need Ting liasing with IMEC asap
nice to quell the noise at least but raises plenty more question in my understanding of the reading
