    I think they are a solid year in designing the new processes and agreeing to that plan with IMEC considering they are basing that off University research and not known fab processes and that is just for the short loop i can't see them progressing to the platform lot without this.

    So several years now is likely, cap raise i think will be post the three months salary hiatus.
