At some stage they will need to file some financial accounts with the ASX. This will give the shareholders some insite as to what has been happening.

Without the accounts being filed the ASX may remove CLB's listing.

I am expecting that there will eventually be a name change and then a back door listing of a private business if all liabilities in the US can be extinguished.

On thing that would be good to understand is who are the current shareholders and what are their rights.
