I am expecting that there will eventually be a name change and then a back door listing of a private business if all liabilities in the US can be extinguished.

On thing that would be good to understand is who are the current shareholders and what are their rights.

I’ve heard this is the likely outcome, however, keep in mind that this would mean a significant dilution for existing shareholders, but it’s better than nothing.

What I find most confusing is that the US business continues to trade as if nothing has happened.
