The last webinar by David from listening to it a few times feels like a whole different company.... He repeats a number of times that our mantra now is a "Market lead sales driven". We have the company organisational structure and the people with the skills and experience in place.

He was very convincing around the two key points below:
- The Trinseo MOU has a clear roadmap for both parties to monetise the technology.
- There are now rigorous KPI's set for the business to achieve and monitor for both shareholders and employees.
Granted MOU's have been announced before with ADO however correct me if I am wrong ADO has never had the organisational structure and high calibre people in place?
