    Yes in generic terms that is so, but it just might have an impact on the fact that, as I understand it from Denis's sparse remarks, we intended to use their mill and thereby save us squillions in construction costs. Of course maybe they will keep it going if we are sufficient in ourselves. I would have preferred an informed comment from Denis to my musings
