The grant was a nice to have, but not key to the Cape Hardy development. I have no doubt that IRD will end up with a superior support package from both the State and Federal governments, but that happens after project funding is firmer.
IRD has a large development here that will break out quickly once a couple of pieces fall into place. Patience is key for us though.
