Begs the question....what's "lowball"? You get one lowball offer ok, two maybe......but 3? Maybe their (managements) idea of value is at a disconnect? I don't know, just putting it out there. Three offers, all "lowball" are of course possible but the greater the number of offers from different counterparties (if they're relatively similar) might suggest our guys need to revisit the value they place on the assets.
