Garpy there is no doubt that CE1 has been a Dog .
You only have to look at the Share price path over the last several years .
However you will crash if you drive forward just looking in the rear vision mirror .
Every Dog has its Day .
Buying the "Dogs of the Dow " has been a successful strategy for some .
The Market has said the purchase of Blackspur has not been a success for CE1 but it has produced time for the Montney values to mature as the LNG plants get closer to what should be a big uplift in Montney gas prices .
Big reaction to the sale not occurring but CE1's commentary of what occurred does not really justify a negative reaction .
What they wrote seemed not all that clear but it appears that they were discussing prices for the Blackspur assets at higher prices than the the present CE1 Market price .
We don't know exactly why the deal fell over .
It may not only have been price , lots of other reasons like payment terms or guarantees etc.
Now that the exclusivity period no longer applies I hope that their expectations of other bids is not just empty rhetoric .
Over all I rate the share higher than before the trading halt and have bought some more .
