Buyback would be reported the following day so i doubt its that and Glenn isn't keen on buyback based on his webinar comments.
Either existing holder or possibly new buyer - noticed a couple decent orders last few days that were filled at 9.6c but for an insto still very small holdings so maybe its an existing simply averaging down / adding. Why not given oil has trended down last 12 months and seems to be consolidated at WTI $70 before moving up this second half.
