I am not concerned about the 20% loss, which is not a small amount for over 1.5 million shares I held. It is about the disrespect and incompetence of the management, which I have never experienced in such a form in 30 years of stock market experience, even with Ch.11 candidates.The suspension of the share price for weeks without a valid reason was an absolute borderline experience for me. The management just shut the f* up for 4 weeks and left the shareholders in complete darkness, and all because of a non-binding offer !Anyone can make a non-binding offer for anything, I can do that too even my grandmother can.
