Before buying shares of CE1 you should consider If it would be better to use this Money to make an advance payment in response to a EMail from a Nigerian Prince promising you 5 million Dollars in Return (Check your Spam folder to find one). The Prince should be way more trustworthy than CE1 Management. Most propably you will loose your Money here too, but in contrast to CE1 there should be at least a small chance that it is legit ! :-D
