Very heartening to see there have been three unsolicited offers.
Also great they aren't going to accept a lowball offer even if it's at a premium to current market cap.
I am not in this stock for them to sell assets below market price.
Also worthy noting is that earnings to price ratios, themselves, do not account for the large (but non-earning) Montney assets.
I am not that surprised by this outcome given smart players are only going to lowball given the low market cap (relative to assets). Wouldn't be surprised to see a takeover offer in the near-term either.
In the meantime, looking forward to another dividend.
