lol something funky with your math there buddy - 65m/1.5 x 2.5-3.5x = 107 - 151m. Mid point is $130m. and i'd assume that they had to leave some value on the table for the aggregator (who couldn't complete so there's some discoount). i'd say around $100-120m is realistic
