Meanwhile, there is some serious accumulation going on today, taking advantage of the disillusion caused by the lack of a sale. Once all the fog clears I think we will see some rerating of the SP over the coming weeks. There is now some idea of what was offered, and although it was low ball and opportunistic it shows there is value in the company that is well above where the SP sits today.
