If the executives got advice to not list on the TSX, well, there are still way better alternatives to the ASX for this stock. The Venture Exchange based out of Calgary would be a great place to list as well allowing for small cap companies to trade locally.
Solving some of ce1's problems and they don't even have to have me on the payroll......
