"undervalued" is only true if we can ever realise the value for montney - as flagged elsewhere it'll take about $200m to fund the wells and pipeline to actually produce anything from montney which ce1 can't possibly do by itself. the closer it gets to 2029 when the licences expire, the less options ce1 has and likely the the lower the share price wat ill go... i'd rather a deal struck at 30c today than the 10% chance of a deal struck at 50c in 3 years (with us shareholders taking all the risk on that)
this still begs the question why we had to go on suspension at all for a month - we had 3 offers, and 1 offer we progressed exclusively. why didn't they just keep trading during the last month and progressing the 1 offer like the others?
