So our capital was consolidated by a ratio of 10 ($0.02 to $0.20), now there will be convertible loans with a conversion price of $0.09, or a 10% discount to the next capital raise ($0.10)...
Will be nice to re-list, however, over a 50% discount being offered for these convertible loans...
