Haha, had to look up "Schadenfreude"! What a great term. I receive no pleasure from their misfortune. I do think though that the loss of security on these loans will encourage these "good faith negotiations".
Honestly as a secured creditor they may have got something back if this all goes to sh*%. As an unsecured creditor I'm not so sure. Are you saying that you think that after the liquidator, secured creditors and preferential creditors are paid there would still be money left for the unsecured creditors?
