I don't understand how two separate owned and controlled subsidiary companies of wrm can go into VA but not Wrm???
Morning star gold mine was operated by wrm, employees were let go without being paid both their last paycheque as well as other entitlements and now wrm can put the subsidiary into VA without having to do so itself.
Surely wrm must be held accountable for morning star nl debts
