What will the market think if they fall short when raising funds from the shareholders. I expect would be poorly received.
Iain said yesterday they have 3 months to arrange a placement I assume for the shortfall - is that at the same price? Would be good if they place the shortfall for the same price (unless you didn't participate and therefore further diluted) so long as they have takers. If they don't have takers the lifeline is shortened.
Conversion time frame remains the problem, so does the stigma that they don't have a strong balance sheet - was confirmed yesterday clients have already raised this concern.
R&D money is also drying up.
Will we be having the same conversation in 12 months when they've burned through this cash and not increased revenue.
Hard decision to through more money at this relying on management/board to convert customers when their track record has not been great.
