Some here are aware that Im digging into the new venture that the CGB crew are doing now, with GMN.

Thought I would share here too:



A little messy, but you can see the game, basically its Sholom Feldman and David Evans working together.

It seems like now with GMN, David Evans the director  (GMN) and private company (Mars Mines) is getting money out of public company and away from shareholers of GMN to Mars Mines (for him and his mates like Sholom Feldman) , in the form of payment for tenements.

The roles were opposite in CGB,  Sholom Feldman was the director of the public company CGB and they did deals with David Evans' private company (CGA)... wonder how much of the $8 million in cash left in the CGB accounts went to CGA (David Evans company) out of CGBs accounts?

Amazing how these guys have gone from cannabis experts to mining experts in a couple of years. The underling story has changed from the hot theme of cannabis to lithium and Rare Earths, but still playing the same games of taking money out of public companies and paying out to private companies they are connected to.
