The roles were opposite in CGB, Sholom Feldman was the director of the public company CGB and they did deals with David Evans' private company (CGA)... wonder how much of the $8 million in cash left in the CGB accounts went to CGA (David Evans company) out of CGBs accounts?

Amazing how these guys have gone from cannabis experts to mining experts in a couple of years. The underling story has changed from the hot theme of cannabis to lithium and Rare Earths, but still playing the same games of taking money out of public companies and paying out to private companies they are connected to.

Keep digging. Goes back well before cannabis. These people & their relatives are the worst on the ASX. The Wolf of Wall Street was based on people like this. Amazing it is still happening.
