    So we had 1 transaction that was announced in September 2022 - which failed due to not satisfying regulatory hurdles (wonder which one)'s) they were)

    And then pivoted to a new transaction in October 2023, which is STILL having due diligence completed.

    At least someone did some work over there. Could they not have released a similar announcement months ago?
