    Keep the FUD at bay?

    How?

    The transaction may get blocked by the regulator like the last one.

    It may be a complete dud, like every other acquisition they have run into the ground (Hemp Hulling, Vitahemp, T12, where does it end?)

    Still in the process of changing auditors? How long does this take?!?!? It does not lend any hope to seeing some good accounts being released.

    Of course, there is the .01% moonshot chance that things might be ok, but as for being a Billion Dollar Company?
