That's ok mate, no offence taken and I understand the despair that would be / is felt by many here even though personally I take emotion out of the equation when I make investment decisions in ********* because of the risk.
That being said, I do take major offence to individuals who purposely set out to take investors for a ride. Sometimes, in relative terms, what would be considered by some to be a 'small amount' is in fact a very large amount to others.
On the topic of 'doing something' - rest assured I have actually attempted this in Nov 2021 which was met with a no-further-action response by a certain authority. Only TEN months later - guess what...Suspension !!! I have no idea if they (CGB) might have been alerted to the fact a shareholder raised a concern at that time, but that's what I thought regulatory bodies were all about eh..?
At least you can rest assured there is filed/official documentary evidence of concern well in advance of any further potential action.
