but I do think you are reading correctly .. Obm does have to go to court to force some juniors to sign a deal that they are legally obliged to approve (sadly a waste of court time)

1.4 mtpa x fed by 100% higher grade underground ores in 2025 is going to spit out many ounces and a great deal of cash
