It certainly is tired old stuff. The market knows that we're a penny stock with a real checkered past of hot air and feathers. We all know how it can play out down this end of town.
Looks like a CR is a certainty. More dilution, lower asset value per share.
Then who knows what, a possible consolidation? delisting?. All that uncertainty is why we're unloved.
We've got a top management team, but like all who came before them, they just can't close those elusive deals.
It's always a tough gig and plenty of hopium with penny stocks, but I personally (along with many others) didn't think we would be back here with no deals in the third month of 2024.
Hope dies last but it's really starting to age.
