From what we've heard from the CEO of the company, our products are not just good, they're very good.
High stakes involved here and not surprising that Ferro is trying to take us to the cleaners. Given that Anteo did collaborate with them in the past, they probably think they can make a reasonable case that what Anteo learned during the failed collaboration was subsequently used by Anteo to help engineer their current high silicon anode. Maybe they did and maybe they didn't. The courts will decide.
Sadly we don't yet know and sadly the sp will languish till this uncertainty is resolved, hopefully in Anteo's favour. Company maker or company breaker.
