You Are right Mimmo , No EV / battery manufacture will sign a deal with a company that has a court case at foot over its IP and Ferro know it , that would also go for any government grant also , Ferro know they have no chance but know they are able to screw us until they get to the court door, their highly refined silicon is worthless without Antio X , have everything to lose and worth a try on ,Ferro can delay but not defeat, The presentation yesterday was wise to pretty mute on detail for a very good reason , Ferro .
