My very first comment when I learned of the court case was that Ferroglobe will try to hogtie Anteo in the court for as long as possible. They will try to “starve us out”. They know Anteo has limited resources. They know no company with any sane management will do a deal with Anteo until the case is resolved.
The best outcome of course is that the court rules in Anteo’s favour. Even then, Ferroglobe might try to appeal. It wouldn’t be the first time a big company has beaten a small one even though the big one was in the wrong.
If the court process drags on, a CR will be needed just to keep Anteo alive.
