Maybe ASIC is finally going to bear it's teeth at ASX company directors who thumb their noses at reasonable, continuous disclosure to the market? Might make more than a few junior management nervous if ASIC is actually going to do what it was set up for. Not holding my breath on either a conviction or meaningful punishment though...
