This seems a realistic reassessment of the company strategy. The focus on a two-hub model, based in the major cities, with the simple highway link, seems robust and effective. The trimming of the board and salary cuts speaks of a serious rethink of costs. The aim of disposing of outlying investments to help fund the core operation is welcome, as it is consistent with a focus on the main game.All in all I think this gives Renu a better chance of building their HyWay#, as the demonstrator model for later mainland projects.
