So we are still none the wiser around what has WFL got, its probably worth more $$ as a backdoor listing... if its in the same field then maybe all the tax losses can be used giving the shell company a value of sorts .
We dont know what the proposal was of the "interested party" anyone who reads these posts able to shed any light?
