If they follow the same management philosophy as the last "group" one could expect the shares on offer to be over 1000,000,000 within approx 18 months.
The consolidations within this listing with the boards/management walking in and out the revolving door have been mind-boggling. None of them have amounted to anything.
There is a string of names documented on my watch list from the history of this listing. if any of these individuals appear within a publically listed company - no matter the spin, I would not go near it!
Will Kenny and his group revitalise this listing with transparent management and a sound business model - time will tell
General Comment: Unfortunately microcaps can be used as an income stream for the unscrupulous and those ill-equipped to be running public companies. The key is reading the people in charge.
