What I don’t understand is why, after so many years of careful financial management, did the company decide to significantly expand its sales force and consequently its payroll without having enough funds to support this for more than about 6 months. Sure, good idea to get the sales machine rolling but a large cap raise at 3 cents for a 2 year runway, at a minimum, would seem like pretty basic financial management.
