Welcome to the ASX, where ASIC cannot even do their own job. They are utterly useless and just let these micro caps act like pirates when in reality it's legislated that company directors must act in the interest of their shareholders. You get the feeling here, some in the know will accumulate shares so that if the sale of the company occurs they can make a nice bundle, whilst retail investors get shafted (again).
The many quarterlies released by BCT were rather misleading in terms of revenue, expected revenue, companies using the product with no mention of whether these companies stopped using the product, because the revenue does not match the commentary. It seems like some rather important/material information was missing.
