'The Company is pleased to advise it has now shortlisted partners and financiers in order to conclude a definitive sales agreement and financing in the near term'
Define near term? Is that 2 months, 6 months? How many partners are shortlisted? What does shortlisting even mean!
A11 has been going through a second stage DD with a number of parties (cant remember how many they stated) and is so far 7 months and counting. This is after they received non-binding indicative offers.
I cant see this being finalized as quick as GLN would like, unless they do some sort of rushed deal.
