Thats why we have management doing this stuff. It is not a requirement that they advise all holders of everything related to every detail or development. That’s what they are paid to do.
You say the process is clear as mud whilst admitting you’re not taking in all the company communications.
Understand this - I don’t have to answer your demanding questions nor fill in your knowledge blanks. DYOR and if you don’t like what you see, and hence think the sp will further decline, then selling would be the course to take.
