The “doc” like to talk up board spilling all the time across a few companies.
I actually used to enjoy his/her narratives but at the moment it is a constant negative whinge. Yes, we all know the share price is in the shitter. Could TH have prevented that? I doubt it given the sell off across the board in many industries but particularly so in the RE space and a speccie no less.
Does he get paid an exorbitant salary, not commensurate with the work he does? Well, that’s debatable, but there are a lot of people out there earning a damn sight more for not much effort. Shit, a few years ago I was on over $200k a year as a health and safety advisor!! Was I worth that sort of money? Doubt it!
So Doc, as you have stated many times in the past, you a free carried and in a lot healthier position that probably most of us. Consider that a win in the current environment ..
