Sorry to burst your bubble but an OPEX of US$30/kg NdPr is a dream for Makuuta.
It has been reported that the recovered NdPr grade is ~120ppm, (I think Rob came up with the 34% recovery at ph2) Which means that they will have to mine and process over 8 tons of ore to recover each and every kilogram of NdPr Now a while back, SF2 was using an optimistic OPEX of US$12.50/tore ~ Which would indicate that the real OPEX per kg of NdPr will be closer to US$100.00
And by the way it was nice to see the SP rise 50% almost a week before that last Ann
