Agree.. the RE market is just too volatile in my opinion to be making any sort of value estimate in 2030. Supposed analyst can’t even get the pricing right on an annual basis let alone 5 years away.
But, I do understand they have to work by some sort of metric and if they are correct, then by 2030 we should all be laughing!
