Failing to see the connection with KEY and SRN?

I know what you mean with consolidation, doesnt end well for holders most of the time.

Pretty much every time there is a consolidation you can get the stock for cheaper (relative percentage of the company ) after the consolidation. ie if SRN did a 100 to 1 consolidation, trading 0.005 now, the same price after would be 50 cents, but you can bet your bottom dollar you would be able to pick it up under 50 cents after consolidation, theres 1000s of examples of consolidations leading to cheaper prices directly after a consolidation, cant think of one example of it going higher straight after.

Infact I challenge those reading this to find an example of a consolidation not leading to lower prices directly after a consolidation, hard to find even 1 example , but plenty of recent examples of it working out bad.

Check out some recent ones WSI, ZLD, MOM, MDC, NUH, Ci1, TPD, MGT, THR, Ti1, KDY, MXC, GDA, TOE, RR1, ADX, AUZ, CZN, WNX, FGL, 1MC all these consolidations lead to new all time lows. Even big multi-billion dollar companies that do them, like PDN this year is trading lower after consolidation, despite it being a bullish year for uranium.

Really no reason for it, takes up time and money in admin, gives the share price more room to fall, the only real reason is to make the price cosmetically higher (but lower market cap) and also allows management to do a cap raises all the way down to nothing again. Whats the upside?

Any time there is a consolidation its a red flag for me and I can get out and then get back in cheaper post consolidation, which works EVERY time, yet to see an example where it doesnt work. If SRN were to announce a consolidation would be the final straw I would just sell out when its announced, I shouldnt of got back into this garbage knowing all the crap now with Vlad selling his own assets to himself.

To add salt to the wound, the 2019 Surefire shareholder approvals at the AGM baffle me, I guess people vote anything through thinking management is operating in good faith. In 2019 apparently, shareholders gave the nod to potential payments to MH (Mutual Holdings, Vlads company) back in March 2019, assuming any resource upgrade would benefit share price. Instead, what did the recent upgrades lead to? Payments totaling $8.3 million in December 2023 and March 2024, straight from SRN’s accounts to MH, aka Vlad’s pockets of his private company. Throw in $3.75 million from prior upgrades, and Vlad’s looking at a total payday of $12 million—all technically legal, yet feels suspiciously close to daylight robbery.
