    From the Leadenhall report : "The Proposed Transaction is not fair but reasonable to Non-Associated Shareholders " for converting debt to SRN shares at a deemed issue price of $0.008 each.

    Now, SRN's share price is $0.004/share, The Proposed Transaction is VERY fair and VERY reasonable to Non-Associated Shareholders !
