That's a very broad statement which warrants challenging.

Perhaps you and your band of acolytes hope this is the case. However, even IA, who still run the current Greenland Government, although they lost the last election, have acknowledged that they will have to grant an exploitation licence to ETM if they lose the case.

They are also assuming that ETM will back off on claiming compensation for the IA-led Government's vexatious actions in stalling the granting of the licence and stalling the mine for four years.

This is a strong negotiating point for ETM, and I think that the IA-led Government should be pressed to grant the licence to ETM now, and not wait for the court case to deliver a possible double-whammy should ETM also be granted compensation for economic loss. ETM could magnanimously waive this if the licence were to be granted now.

Of course, this needs both the ETM management and the Greenland Government to be proactive in negotiations, something that the opposing sides seem to be incapable of doing.
