There is a Court Hearing set for JUNE 2025 but I do not have a date or location at present or any details.....
I think it is much better if things can be brought to a head instead of all these delaying tactics by the GoG...
The company is not going to run out of funds in brining this action.....
The GoG just need to come to the table which they have refused to do on the basis that they changed the Law and introduced ACT 20..... that should not apply to GML because of the timing and history............
